Lindsay founded Grace Team back in 1989. He's always had the team ethos and that's where the name came from - the ability to be an extension to a business when they need support, guidance and help.
He's a keen golfer but doesn’t take it too seriously! Lindsay loves a laugh and always has an apt quote or quip at the ready - Alfred E Neuman from Mad magazine is his hero and a mantra of – What, Me Worry?

Now enjoying some well earned time off (semi-retirement and looking after the grandchildren – he can give them back), Lindsay has seen the company through to its transition in ownership to nephew Michael Grace.
