Business Coaching
As the old adage goes it's important to work on the business rather than falling into the habit of working in the business. Our coaching service supports you in driving towards your goals, reviewing performance and re-setting the focus with accountability.
This coaching programme consists of quarterly meetings with one of our senior team members, as well as phone and email support. The purpose of each meeting is to review your actual results, clarify areas where you can improve your business performance, set 90 day goals and identify strategies to achieve them.

Quarterly meet ups for an hour and half. The result of this is a working document that sets out clear directives, goals and targets.
